Unless otherwise stated, or at the time of ordering, we will attempt to ship all in-stock products within five working days after receipt of payment, usually within 24 hours. Customers will be notified by email on the same day their product ships, and given a tracking number when available.
Special Delivery orders will be dispatched the same working day when payment is cleared by 2pm.
We can only ship to the address which is registered to your payment details at time of purchase.
We can not take responsibility for lost shipments confiscated by customs, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities, and we will not refund or replace orders that may have been confiscated.
